If we include the gtk runtime files it meanswe also have to distribute the source for those file because of the LGPLlicense. I just looked in the gtk2 installer and it put links for the projectspage in the license page. I'll do the same in my gtk3 installer. Aboutgtkrexx I think nsis installers can download and install other packages.Doing you dont have to package the gtk runtime and keeps easy for the user.
