Spybot detects webhancer but I dare not fix it as I read in some of the forums that upon removing, the link to the internet and such will be broken. Deleting WebHancer files may result in loss of your Internet connection.The suggested removal method is make sure WebHancer is installed and remove it using Windows Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel.Symantec also has a Webhancer Removal Tool which you can try. Dowwnload and run FixWebHancer.exe. You will find it along with instructions under the "Removal" Tab. However a scan on Spybot came up with nothing. What's happening?Thanks.
