That's really weird.Try temporarily renaming the Users sub-directory. This will create a new setup for your user. General releases are very stable and come with an installer that does everything necessary to get you up and running. 2.1.3 is a *beta* release. These are the latest bleeding-edge releases. They may contain some bugs or other known issues and have no installer. The responsibility is yours to make sure everything is set up correctly. More info here.

We use stores stuff in the registry and is not backwards compatible. So if you've ever run 2.2.1, for example, and then try to go back to 2.2, it will cause Awasu to crash.
