I have seen in the past however some being enabled but did not document which ones. I also have not changed their associated status. So I guess I'm a bit concerned as to how they could change or should I just not worry about them? I'm just a user not a developer and according to a recent conversation with Apple all users have this feature available to them. I kinda find it hard to believe to be Apple policy with all their strict rules in place for App development and approval but maybe I'm wrong. The wrong tools in the wrong hands could make for a very bad user and OEM experience....
