I am using 'HP Scan & Capture' scanning program with an Epson WF-3640 Workforce Printer Scanner. When viewing the scanned document in Adobe acrobat reader DC Version 2015.020.20042 (the latest version) in 'Fit to window width & scroll' mode, some pages appear very small & other pages appear at an appropriate size. If I then go to 'Fit one page to window' mode, all pages appear at the correct size. See screen capture below. So, how completely did you get through the software install? Can you find an HP program called ScanPro?
