Semua pegawainya juga ramah & baik, sangat membantu saya apabila ada permintaan khusus. Dijlskan sama mbaknya manager ternyata dr pakaian saya sendiri yg lunturin. Saya pikir ya sdhlah, emang dinota jg sdh ada aturannya.eh, gak taunya managernya baik bgt kasih tau kl pakaiannya mau diproses ulang. Syukurrr bisa ilang lunturnya. Padahal saya lihat di kasir banyak plastik laundry zone, lalu saya pastikan lagi saya minta plastik, jawabannya sengaja dan sama "Pakai plastik kotor ya? ". FYI: kantong plastik gratis untuk customer ya mbak kasir laundry zone. Mau customer bawa kantong sendiri atau enggak, ya wajib dikasih plastik untuk membawa laundryannya yang sudah jadi. Kecuali kalau pelanggannya gak minta di plastikin. Masa minta plastik gak dibolehin, malah nyolot mau ngasih plastik kotor. MUNGKIN KANTONG PLASTIK ITU SEPELE, TAPI PELAYANAN ITU BUKAN HAL SEPELE!
