It especially adds the multi-language output feature to the demo and thus completes the overall multi-lingual experience together with the already available multi-language recognition.This new feature allows the user to switch to another output language by simply entering a voice command "LYDIA" followed by the language, e.g. "LYDIA German". This will then switch all outputs to German while the active input languages remain to be recognized like before. That fixating purely on dialogue and commentary is kind of a boring way to make a follower mod, and that it's much better to focus on their actions.What's next for IFD - Lydia (Wouldn't blame you for skipping to this part)I've already started pre-production for Lydia v5, which will be the largest and most transformative update yet, and it will bring Lydia closer than ever to the vision I had for her before I started making this mod.Version 5 will include:-In the main questline, Lydia will have some awareness as to what route your taking to get to certain objectives, and dialogue about certain dungeons or quests along that route will change. For example, in "The Horn of Jurgen Windcaller", Lydia will recognize Silent Moons Camp and Labyrinthian as places the Dragonborn may get sidetracked along the way.-Lydia will ask the player if they want to formulate a plan to attack certain dungeons, especially those that are on the route to quest objectives.-Lydia will refer to you as "Sir" or "M'Lady" instead of "Thane" out of reluctant obiedence. She'll start calling you "Thane" again after you complete "Diplomatic Immunity."-Lydia's armor adjustment mechanic will return.-Lydia will appear at the beginning of "Dragon Rising" to ask Proventus and the Jarl to let her help fight the Dragon.-The player will be able to go on "dates" with Lydia if they romance her. I will not use the word "date" in-game and I won't make anything that feels too modern-coded, like having dinner at an inn. All "dates" will be hand-crafted and not repeatable.-Lydia will no longer make remarks that imply that you and her have had sex out of nowhere when you've romanced her. There will be a definitive "first time" with her, where you and her can talk about what your expectations and boundaries for a relationship are.-The marriage requirement for Lydia will be based around the "dates" rather than completion of the main quest.-Similar to how references to sex will change, Lydia there will be a definitive first time that Lydia says she loves you rather than it coming out of nowhere.-Lydia will have integration with the majority of side quests and dungeon quests. In many cases, this will include giving the player alternate ways to complete the quest. For example, in "Promises to Keep", if you have tavern or barkeeper clothes in your inventory, you'll be able to convince Lydia to distract the mercenaries guarding the Black-Briar Lodge (again, it takes a lot of convincing). In many of the dungeons that have rooms with balconies with archers on them, Lydia will take initiative and rush the archer. -Vigilant integration-Saints and Seducers: Extended Cut integration-Changes to the LOTD integration-More minor changes to main questline integration-More dialogue in Alftand and Blackreach during the main quest-Gore Interactions (they'll probably come before v5, though, and then get updated when Gore Chapter 3 and IFDL v5 come out)-Integration with most of JaySerpa's quest expansion modsConclusionWhen Bethesda made Skyrim, as with any company making a video
