Of genocide. It's about time! Not only is Mega Man finally on the Snes, but he also now has ten titles overall - that's way more than even Mario or Sonic! This 12-meg cart also marks the beginning of a whole new line of adventures that follow a different path than the original games. For example, you won't find Dr. Wily appearing in the Snes series. There's also brand-new play enhancements that are exclusive to the Snes. And, as usual, Capcom's 16-bit graphics and sound are simply amazing.Look for Mega Man X in December, and keep your eyes glued to Game Players for tons of Mega-strategy in the coming months. Nobody knows Mega Man inside and out like us!Mega Man now can climb walls by repeatedly bouncing up against them. This is a handy trick that you'll use almost as much as your gun.At the start of the game you come face to face with your enemy, but he's too powerful for you. Don't worry - you'll get another chance. # of players: 1 Difficulty: Moderate Available: January 1993 Theme: Action Levels: 13 Mega Man is back! This time, he is set way into the future, where he is the basic design principal for all the robots of that time. However - as expected - things go wrong. So Mega Man must come to the rescue. In this version, he has a new friend that does not play a major role, but informs him of upcoming dangers. There are also pieces of add-on equipment that Dr. Light has left for you from the past, like armor and dash boots. This has got to be one of the best 8- to 16-Bit conversions to date! Here, we present the first eight levels, pics of the Bosses and all the cool weapons

Mega Man's father shows up, and heads to Dr. Light * Thomas then mentions "because we're back again yeah", Dr. Light then shits out a grandfather clock.Trivia[]Dr. Light's voice sounds like the American voice actor Christopher Walken and the movie Pulp Fiction (a 1994 movie he appeared in), oddly enough, he even makes references to the movie Pulp Fiction in his appearance. There is irony to Dr. Light and Megaman's Father alliance seen in the episode as Dr. Light is Mega Man's creator in the classic Mega Man series and in the Mega Man Dies At The End series Megaman's father is serves as fan-made father to the blue bomber.Mega Man Dies At The End CharactersSeason 1 IntroductionsMega Man | Dr. Wily | Roll | Rush | Guts Man | Mecha Dragon | Bar Tender | Air Man | Bubble Man | Hard Man | Ice Man | Elec Man | Gemini Man | Balloon Fighter | Rash | Pimple | Bomberman | Cat Lady | Bomb Man | Glass | Jimmy Lee | Billy Lee | Blade | Samus Aran | Cops | Fake Man | Sonic The Hedgehog | Gilius Thunderhead | RatsSeason 2 IntroductionsLife Alert | Janitor | Doctor | Nurse | Mega Man's Father | Mega Man's Cat | Pauline | Donkey Kong | Prom Date | Ness | Proto Man | Chuck Rock | Popo | Nana | Aqu Man | The Avengers | Godzilla | Kurtis StrykerSeason 3 IntroductionsDr. Light | Zero | Mega Man X | Bass | Boos | Big Boo | Ghostbuster | Jesus Christ | Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles | Doctor Eggman | Bebop & RocksteadyMinor CharactersHuman Props | Shadow Man | Heat Man | Fire Man | Flies | Businessmen | Hyakutaro Ichimonjis | Businessman's Assistant | Cats | Magnet Man | Samurai | Linda | Shirtless Man | Dr. Wily's Robots (Terminator-like robot and Splash Woman) | The Executioner | Prom Women | 8-Bit Dancer | Auto | Eddie | Spring Man | Space Pirates | Demon | Arms Goombas | Big Ben | Kusanagi | Y. There are vids of the cancelled prototype in the link.In 2010, Capcom tapped the talent behind Metroid Prime to bring Mega Man into the modern age — only to have the game suffer the fate of similar recent attempts to find a new audience for the 8-bit hero.Codenamed Maverick Hunter, the first-person shooter had the blessing of Mega Man's creator and a talented team tasked with attracting a new generation of fans. But the departure of Keiji Inafune likely killed the most interesting take on the 25-year-old character to date.Mega Man's foray into the first-person shooter genre looked, at least on paper, like a formula for success. One of a handful of collaborations with Western developers kicked off by Mega Man creator Keiji Inafune, the Mega Man first-person shooter was in development at Austin-based Armature Studio, the promising developer founded by Metroid Prime's creators. The new Mega Man would have been redesigned by the concept artist responsible for adapting Iron Man's armor for Marvel's successful film franchise. Thematically, the game would have built upon the mythology of Mega Man X, a series that was a darker, more mature spin-off of the cuter, classic Mega Man franchise. The game would have stayed true to core Mega Man X gameplay concepts, re-imagining his X-Buster arm cannon, his dash and his ability to appropriate the special powers of his fallen enemies. Platforming elements, including X's wall jump, and classic Mega Man X characters would have been re-imagined in new ways.Unfortunately, Armature's Mega Man first-person shooter, Maverick Hunter shared the fate of the Blue Bomber's other recent projects — Mega Man Legends 3, Mega Man Universe, Mega Man Online — and was canceled before the public ever had the opportunity to see it.According to a number of Capcom sources, Armature's Maverick Hunter was prototyped and playable. It had a short lifespan, only about six months in the first half of 2010. It showed promise, sources said, but was deemed a significant gamble, and quietly killed before Inafune publicly exited Capcom in late 2010Err... Wow! It really is Megaman Prime with a huge dollop of Bomberman

Adventure. This definitely gets the Sushi two swords up! Ever since the Super NES hit the shelves, gamers have wondered, watched, and waited for one of gamedom's most famous stars to make his SNES debut. Mega Man's one of the most prolific video game characters of all time, starring in more adventures than even Mario. To date, he can be found in six NES and four Game Boy games. Until now, though, the Megster hasn't dipped a single metallic toe into a 16-bit screen. Drum roll...the wait is over! That's right, there's a Mega Man series planned for 16-bit. Mega Man's making his SNES premiere this Christmas in Mega Man X. X-Pect The Un-X-PectedCapcom's recipe for success in the 10 previous Mega Man adventures has been consistent: Mega Man meets Doc Wily. Doc Wily tries to destroy Mega Man by sending hordes of hasty robots after him. Mega Man destroys the robots and then battles Doc Wily. Does Mega Man X feature more of the same? Yes...and no.What's different in this one- player game is, for starters, Mega Man's setting. MM X is set far in the future, and Doc Wily is tucked away in the history books. Humankind's current nemeses are now the RoboPolice (half-human, half-robotic cops). When the RoboPolice go bad, there's only one robot with the (nuts and bolts necessary to short-circuit them. You guessed it, it's Mega Man to the rescue. Although Mega Man X's. game play is roughly similar to previous Mega Man adventures, the game features a number of 16-bit enhancements that give it a new look and feel. Mega Man still runs, jumps, and fires like he did in his previous adventures. You'll notice right off, though, that he's a much larger sprite, and he's got a new, more sophisticated, bluish look.
