I've spoken to many polite, informed apple technicians, as well as their supervisors and no one can provide a solution. When I first moved my Itunes library to the PC it ended up being stored in onedrive. I hate onedrive. Somehow in moving the library out of onedrive to my normal file system, the library organization including all playlists were destroyed.
