Filter band that lets you adjust the specific frequency range to process.Uses: LowEnhance, as the name implies, was designed to make adding compression and saturation to the low-end as simple of a process as possible: It can be used to add thump and power to you kick drum, help your bass guitar sit better in the mix, or to add some grit and power to your synth lines.Lastly, LowEnhance comes with a 7-day free trial, so make sure to give it a try!Find out more about LowEnhance here.MasteringOnce you’re done creating your new electronic track it’s time to think about mastering it. Of course, you could send it to a mastering engineer (which would be my first recommendation), but if that’s not an option or if you want to learn how to master yourself, then you’ll need to have the right tools to do so.I created a huge list of the best mastering plugins currently available, both paid & free, that you should absolutely check out.ConclusionI know there are quite a lot of different types of plugins on this list, but I wanted to provide you with some variety so that you could have more than one choice.Dexed and Surge are absolutely fantastic, and so are TDR Nova and TDR Kotelnikov.I hope this information was useful!Have a wonderful day!Related ArticlesBest Harmonizer VSTBest Choir VSTBest Mastering VSTBest Guitar VST (Amp sim and guitar simulations) Voxengo – SPAN – Free real-time spectrum analyzer plugin; TDR – NOVA – Free parallel dynamic EQ plugin; TDR – Kotelnikov – Free mastering compressor plugin; TDR – VOS Voxengo – SPAN – Free real-time spectrum analyzer plugin; TDR – NOVA – Free parallel dynamic EQ plugin; TDR – Kotelnikov – Free mastering compressor plugin; TDR – VOS Equalizers, such as the EQP-1A and the MEQ-5, then you'll absolutely love the PuigTec EQ bundle from Waves. For starters, not having to spend thousands of dollars to get your hands on one of these units is a huge win. Secondly, Waves has somehow packed the warm and musical quality of these iconic EQ units into plugin form, allowing you to shape your signals to perfection. The EQP-1A has long been my favorite for low and high-end boost. A bit of 60Hz on a kick or a bit of 12kHz on an acoustic guitar can do absolute wonders for a mix.3. TDR Nova EQTDR Nova is a free EQ plugin that offers precise functionality and dynamic capabilities. It is one of the best free plugins on the market today. While it might be just as intuitive as the stock EQ in Ableton Live, the dynamic EQ capabilities are what make it a stand-out plugin. You can use it to make precise and surgical cuts and boosts, just like EQ Eight, but the dynamic EQ functionality is very useful in certain mixing situations where you don't want to completely kill resonances throughout the course of a track.Instead, you can set the threshold so that any nasty resonances are cut only when they should be, keeping the overall tone and character in check. Anyone looking for a free EQ plugin that has the functionality of some of the most popular paid parametric EQ plugins on the market should definitely get their hands on TDR

Favourite spectrum analyzer plugins that are amazing and free!Span 2The first one is Span from voxengo. This plugin is perfect for comparing your songs' mid/side ratio and stereo image with other tracks. It has a very clear and customizable display, letting you adjust the analysis's resolution, speed, and range. You can also switch between different modes, such as average, max, or real-time.But the best feature of span is that it allows you to import other audio files and overlay their spectra on top of yours. This way, you can easily compare your mix with reference tracks and see how they differ in terms of frequency balance, stereo width, and dynamics. This powerful technique can help you improve your mixes and achieve a more consistent and professional sound. Here are my favourite Span 2 Settings: TDR PrismThe second plugin is TDR Prism by popular software developer Tokyo Dawn Labs. This new and advanced frequency analyzer specifically targets human audio perception. This user-friendly audio plugin allows you to gain precise insights into the spectral characteristics of a signal.TDR Prism offers a variety of features, such as spectral weighting and tilt methods as well as peak/RMS smoothing options, which also include human hearing filters and real-time indicators for auditory masking of individual tracks. But the most amazing feature of TDR Prism is that it can visualize and compare spectra from different sources. Whether it's audio files, regular or sidechain inputs or even other instances of the plugin in the same project. In short, the tool can

Install plugins, and check with bit meters or voxengo span. I'm not mixing it up, i'm just going by what alexey said, about x86 version plugins having that noise floor. I guess izotope just left it in for both versions. To me its strange that a company like iZotope would only use a 32bit float in their top of the line mastering suite when other plugins are now using a 64bit float engine or higherYeah I keep any metering on the master with its mix level @ 0% Lives for gear Joined: Jul 2016 🎧 5 years Strange. Because some x86 plugins have no such noise floor and have 64 bit float double precision. And as i know, couple of fabfilter plugins have 64 bit float as said on their forums. Check dmg stuff with x86 and you will see they are 64 bit float (maybe Dave also use 80 bit, don't know and can't check), but they are not 32 bit float. Recently checked MAAT EQs with their 80 bit audio stuff, but bitmeters and analysers say it is 32bit float, maybe such output or denormals i don't know... Yeah, keeping mix at 0% does nothing to audio, only just metering and analysing, but cpu, ram, graphics do more aggressive processing. EQ models: American, British, German, Soviet and Japanese, which are great for throwing some quick, pre-defined EQ onto a sound. It goes without saying this EQ plugin doesn’t have the sonic scope and level of customization that other high-end plugins have, but at such a low price it’s perfect for beginners to get to grips with EQ processing.TDR VOS SlickEQ GE Features• 64bit “delta” multi-rate structure• 3 semi-parametric bands• 5 distinct EQ models• Low-band offers an optional phase-lag able to delay low frequencies relative to higher frequencies• High pass filter with optional “Bump” modeThis product is available for both Windows / Mac and 32-bit / 64-bit.Click here to check best price + more info / reviews.4. Acon Digital – EqualizeWho this plugin is for: Producers looking for straightforward, fast-paced EQ plugin with powerful filter slope shaping. In terms of appearance, Acon Digital’s Equalize plugin isn’t as flashy as industry leading EQ plugins like Pro-Q 3. Equalize has a more no-nonsense feel to it, even if it does have a somewhat dated design. This EQ plugin allows up to 12 independent parametric bands, and 6 filter modes are available for each band: low-cut filter, high-cut filter, low shelf, high shelf, peak and notch. The filter slope can also be set anywhere from 3 dB to ultra-sharp 120 dB per octave for each band. A highlight of this plugin is how fast paced it feels, giving real-time zero-latency results while remaining very light on CPU.Coming in at a mid-range price, this plugin is definitely worth considering if you don’t have the cash for a higher-end plugin, and want an EQ tool that’s extremely easy to use while still giving a lot of sonic flexibility.Acon Digital – Equalize Features• 12 independent bands with 8 different band filter types• Freely adjustable gain, frequency, bandwidth, resonance and filter slope• Three different phase modes, including the novel mixed phase mode with adjustable latency• Choose channel mode for each band independently (mid, side, left, right or full processing)• Adjustable frequency range in the equalizer curve editor+ much more. This product is available for both Windows / Mac and 32-bit / 64-bit.Click here to check best price + more info / reviews.5. TDR SlickEQ MWho this plugin is for: Producers looking for an affordable EQ plugin specifically designed for mastering. In addition to the TDR VOS SlickEQ GE, I’m including this plugin’s larger counterpart, the TDR SlickEQ M. This plugin is wider and a little more comprehensive, including 6 full parametric EQ bands. These bands give detailed control of overtone, timbre and the stereo image, and a sophisticated meta-filter offers direct and intuitive access to the brightness, hardness or equal loudness curve of an audio signal. This plugin is specifically designed for mastering, as
