What do you mean by that ?If you have lines over image (width 4mm), horizontal on 13x18cm and 20x30, vertical on double 10x15, then this is common "24 line pixel issue".There is solution for this (if it was not already done).1. you have to have version 4.1.12 installed (with dongle)2. Extinction kit should be also installed3. there is resistor modification on one PCBIf this was already done and lines appear again, then you have to change complete LCD unit, price is fine if tax is included.Problem is that KIS have warranty on this part for 5 years, after that I am sorry but that is the price.Still it is better then with Noritsu or Fuji with only one year warranty on laser. One reason why this lines are appearing on some machines and not all is quantity off work.Problem is coming from LCD turned ON long times per day, extinction kit (if installed) cut the power from LCD when machine goes to standby, but if you have a lot of work then LCD is always on. There is also one half solution, turn the machine off completely after closing the shop, and the manually turn it ON in the morning (if extinction kit is installed then it is not necessary).I had situation like that (with lines appearing after resistor modification on PCB) on two machines (both with lot off work), fortunately LCD was still under 5 year warranty.Regarding waiting time for LCD unit, my information yesterday from KIS was 4 weeks.. 2025-04-01The new MT14A has been greatly improved over the previous generation! Here is how:The MT13A used an older LCD technology. We have swapped out the screens for a new LCD that has GREATLY improved viewing angles. The screen is now bright and legible from all angles. The information is clear and legible. It is indeed a much improved display. The AC adapter also got some attention! We have included a signal booster in the AC Adapter (which is now a little larger as result). This sends out the X10 signal up to 4x STRONGER than the previous MT13A. This means electrical noise on your houses wiring (cause by things like TV's, fridges, Alternative lighting, etc) is not as much of a problem. The X10 signal is strong enough to overcome most issues of noise on the line. The new MT14A is better looking, easier to read and more reliable!Talented Mini Timer Alarm Clock Controls Lights, Appliances & Helps Ensure Your Family is Protected!Adding this simple & powerful device to your X10 home automation setup will allow you to easily set up timed events like turning lights& appliances on and off. With the 64-Event X10 Mini Timer, you'll be able to schedule up to eight lights to turn on and off automatically.
