Vista system retore

I am back again. I have posted about my desktop noise 8 month ago and never received a solution. Yesterday, I have installed a drive update recommended by dell supportassist and did not work well. So, I chose to click restore and the nightmare begin: I can't boot my desktop anymore and after two or three boost failure, the support&assist show up and try to repair my system but not worked. So, after many tries, I gave up and try to restore my system (this is the last option from the recovery tool). The consequence is: after I backed up my file and follow all instruction, all my file was gone but the system show my files have been retrieved. All I want is please, please, please give my file back. The file contains all my effort of working and all the book I have collected through my entire life.There are also some other issues, like the commend center I installed from service website cant not show how CPU and memories status, it is only able to show GPU and also rest of alienware software all gone but they are not important compare to data loss. PLease kindly give my files back. Please.Please Please check picture to see what I am talking about, like I said, the back up detail show the folder such as book, fidelity, but the reality is nothing back up successfully ( I retore all my file on desktop)Please help me this is not the problem like noise I can bear with it.
