Also in the south, Roney says, “Carlisle Bay is the most popular beach, and it offers paddle boarding, kayaking, and kite surfing. And it’s home to a designated marine park that features six shipwrecks at depths ranging from 3 to 17 meters, making it another of the most popular spots for snorkeling and scuba diving in the Caribbean.”As for other activities, Roney suggests visiting Harrison’s Cave and Cole’s Cave. The former is a stunning underground limestone cavern filled with stalactites, stalagmites, and crystal-clear pools; while the latter is for more daring adventurists, ready to spekunk through natural cave spaces and swim underground.
